2Plan Project Management is an independent consultancy of project managers and chartered quantity surveyors. Conveniently located in Woking, Surrey, with a track record spanning over 20 years covering projects predominantly in London and South East England although for known clients we have been commissioned on projects throughout the United Kingdom.
Having been commissioned on over one hundred and eighty projects for many different private, national and international clients, our flexible structure has enabled us to tailor the support we give to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, cost-effectively and in a sustainable manner.
We are regulated by The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and are proud to provide a tailored service to both commercial and residential clients.
We have built a reputation for providing a personal service to clients and have invaluable expertise across a diverse range of activities including renovation, refurbishment, new build projects, fitting out and remedial projects on residential including both private and social housing, commercial, retail, industrial and hospitality, throughout the UK.
